Site & Building Development Fund

The Site and Building Development Fund (SBDF) is administered by the Department of Economic Development and aims to enhance the economic development opportunities in Nebraska by improving the industrial readiness of the state. SBDF provides funding to create industrial–ready sites and buildings, such as connecting utilities to a site or refurbishing a current building. It is a competitive program and projects are awarded based on need and community impact, including jobs and investment.
